Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil for frying
Directions:
. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt.
Squeeze out excess moisture.
. Heat olive oil in a pan and form potato patties,
frying until golden brown. Set aside.
. In the same pan, cook ground beef until
browned. Add onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and
pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on a
potato patty, top with shredded cheese, and
cover with another patty, sealing the edges.
. Fry the stuffed potato cakes until crispy and
golden on both sides.
