Hot Sausage Beer Cheese Dip 

Ingredients:

– 1 lb Italian sausage, removed from casing
– 1 cup beer (lager or ale works best)
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Tortilla chips or pretzels, for serving

Directions:

1. Cook Italian sausage until browned, then set aside.
2. Heat beer in a saucepan, whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
4. Stir in milk, flour, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Add cooked sausage to cheese mixture, stir to combine.
6. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips or pretzels.
