Broccoli Poolside Salad



°2 cups coarsely chopped raw broccoli

°1 avocado cut into pieces

°1/3 cup rinsed chickpeas

°1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper

°1/2 cup chopped cucumber

°1/2 cut gala apple

°1 C. sunflower seeds

°1/2 tsp. hemp seeds

°2 tbsp. tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

°1 C. ground flax

°pepper to taste




Cut the broccoli, the apple, the cucumber, the

pepper, the avocado into pieces.


In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, mix

and serve.
