Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/3 cup salsa (taco or picante sauce)
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and diced finely (to taste)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.
Stir in the salsa and diced jalapeños.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, and chopped cilantro. Mix until evenly distributed.
Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly to the edges.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
