Creamy Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 large carrot, diced
1/2 cup white wine
3 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cooked crab meat
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, celery, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add white wine and seafood stock. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, crab meat, shrimp, and Old Bay seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
