Cookies Made From Brownie Mix 

Ingredients:

1 box (18.4 oz) brownie mix
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, all-purpose flour, and granulated sugar.
Add the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. The dough will be thick.
Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks if using.
Shape the Cookies:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
