Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1/4 cup sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add Seasonings and Beans:

Stir in the taco seasoning mix, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and black beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
