Hot Honey Bourbon Wing Sauce

Ingredients:

⅓ cup bourbon
⅓ cup Frank’s hot sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons honey.                                            2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder

Directions:

1️⃣ Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
2️⃣ Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and stir to combine.
3️⃣ Bring sauce to a light simmer, then stir and reduce the heat back to medium-low.
4️⃣ Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally, until the ingredients are well combined, 3-5 minutes.
5️⃣ Toss sauce with your preferred sauce delivery system (wings, tofu, cauliflower).
6️⃣ Freeze extra sauce for later use. Because of the bourbon, it does not freeze solid, so be sure to keep it in a well-sealed container.
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: Enough for about three dozen wings
