Copycat Applebee’s Chicken Wonton Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
12 wonton wrappers
1 cup coleslaw mix
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Cooking oil spray

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add diced chicken and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray wonton wrappers lightly with cooking oil and mold them over the back of a muffin tin to form taco shapes. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
In a large skillet, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix coleslaw with chopped cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Fill each wonton taco shell with cooked chicken, top with coleslaw mixture, and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
