Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil spray

Instructions:

Preheat Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Set Up Breading Station: Prepare three shallow bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumb mixture. In the breadcrumb bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Bread the Chicken: Take each piece of chicken and dredge it first in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it thoroughly in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.

Air Fry the Nuggets: Arrange the breaded chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to enhance crispiness. Air fry the nuggets for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
