Golden Crispy Crab Bites

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh crab meat
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the crab patties in batches. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serve the crispy crab bites hot with lemon wedges on the side.
