Ingredients:
– 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 oz fettuccine pasta
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the fettuccine until al dente, then set aside.
3. Brown the steak slices in a skillet, then set aside.
4. Cook minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, then add Gorgonzola cheese.
6. Return steak slices to skillet, toss in the sauce.
7. Add fettuccine to skillet, toss until coated.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
