Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup crab meat
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, sauté shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through. Remove and chop.
In the same skillet, wilt spinach for about 2-3 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic until smooth.
Fold in the shrimp, crab meat, and wilted spinach. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
