Crock Pot Mississippi Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
1/4 cup butter

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, egg, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in your crock pot.
Pour the pepperoncini juice over the meatloaf and top with sliced pepperoncini and butter.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until fully cooked.
