Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet, spreading them out in an even layer.
Cook the mushrooms without stirring for about 5 minutes, allowing them to brown.
Stir and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
