Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dressing.
Let the cucumbers marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
