Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz grenadine
1 cup crushed ice
Pineapple slice and cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Piña Colada Base:
In a blender, combine the light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice, and crushed ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Create the Sunset Effect:
Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass.
Slowly pour the blended piña colada mixture into the glass over the back of a spoon, which will help create a layered effect with the grenadine at the bottom.
Garnish:
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry on top of the glass.
Serve:
Serve immediately with a straw.
