Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
6. Generously sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the tops of the muffins.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
