Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare Ingredients:
Dice the potatoes and toss them in a large bowl with the diced bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, melted butter, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake:
