Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ground black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the wings halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
