Apple Cinnamon Curly Fries 

Ingredients:

3 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Prepare the Apples:
Peel the apples and use a spiralizer to create curly apple slices.
Pat the apple slices dry with paper towels.
Mix the Coating:
In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cornstarch.
Coat the Apples:
Toss the apple slices in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Heat the Oil:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Apples:
Fry the apple slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Serve the apple cinnamon curly fries warm.
Notes:
Sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar on top if desired.
