Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of baby potatoes, quartered
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered baby potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion spotter, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
