Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with beef. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in marinara sauce, cooked macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
