Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeños (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)
Salsa or sour cream (for dipping, optional)

Directions:

Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, diced jalapeños, cilantro, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice. Stir until fully mixed and smooth.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheese and jalapeño mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll the Tortillas:
Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Secure the edges with a little cream cheese mixture or toothpicks if needed to hold them together.
