Looking for a crispy, golden treat to satisfy your cravings? These crispy chicken tenders are the perfect combination of crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Paired with a rich and creamy dipping sauce, they make for a mouthwatering snack or a delicious meal!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Tenders:
• 500g chicken breast (cut into strips)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs (beaten)
• 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Creamy Dipping Sauce:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:
• In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
• In a second bowl, whisk the eggs.
• In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
• Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it well with breadcrumbs.
2. Fry the Chicken Tenders:
• Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
• Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
• Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
3. Prepare the Dipping Sauce:
• In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve:
• Arrange the crispy chicken tenders on a plate, sprinkle with a little fresh parsley for garnish, and serve with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.

Tips:
• For an extra kick, add a few drops of hot sauce to the dipping sauce.
• If you don’t have panko breadcrumbs, regular breadcrumbs will work just fine, but panko gives an extra crunch!
