Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients:

For the Meat Layer:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce:
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Cheese Layer:
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For Assembly:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Prepare the Meat Layer:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the cooked bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Make the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix the marinara sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well combined.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until smooth.

Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat the layers twice more, finishing with a final layer of sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake:
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Rest and Serve:
Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
