Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For Garnish:
¼ cup chopped green onions
Extra shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Meat:
2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Make the Sauce:
5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
6. Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Combine & Serve:
7. Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
8. Garnish with green onions and extra cheddar cheese. Serve warm!
