Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
– 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
– 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp onion powder
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix the Filling:
– In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
– Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
3. Assemble the Casserole:
– Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
– Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
4. Bake:
– Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
5. Add Cheese & Bacon:
– Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon over the top.
– Bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
6. Garnish & Serve:
– Top with chopped green onions (if using). Serve hot and enjoy!
