Maple Bacon Glazed Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the bite-sized chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, crumble it into small pieces and set aside.
Make the Maple Glaze:
