1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil

 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Meat Mixture:

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, black pepper, salt, onion powder, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.
2️⃣ Shape the Patties:

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
3️⃣ Cook the Patties:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Onion Gravy:
