Ingredients:

For the Chicken Tenders:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs, beaten
– 1 cup breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)

For the Honey Mustard Dip:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Prepare the Coating Stations:
– Place the flour in a shallow bowl.
– Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
– Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.

2. Coat the Chicken:
– Dip each chicken strip into the flour, shaking off the excess.
– Next, coat it in the beaten eggs, followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to ensure an even coating.

3. Fry the Chicken Tenders:
– Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
– Fry the chicken strips in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
– Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.

4. Make the Honey Mustard Dip:
– In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.

5. Serve:
– Serve the crispy chicken tenders hot with the honey mustard dip on the side.
