Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a small ball.
Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
