Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Prepare the Garlic:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Assemble the Wraps:
Place the sliced chicken onto a large tortilla or wrap. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken. Drizzle the sautéed garlic over the cheese for added flavor.
Wrap and Serve:
Roll the tortilla tightly around the chicken, cheese, and garlic mixture. Optionally, place the wrapped tortillas in the skillet over low heat for 1-2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and warm the wrap. Serve immediately and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
