Cheese Lover’s Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture: In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Mozzarella Sticks: Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Repeat for a thicker coating.
Freeze the Sticks: Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
Fry the Sticks: Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain and Serve: Remove the cheese sticks with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Tips:
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
