Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup ketchup
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup beef broth
– 8 oz elbow macaroni
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat a splash of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
