Cheesy Loaded Hash Brown Casserole with Bacon
Ingredients:
1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes or potato chips (optional for topping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, crumbled bacon, green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until well combined, then spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
If desired, sprinkle crushed cornflakes or potato chips over the top of the casserole for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
