BAKED MOSTACCIOLI RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound mostaccioli pasta

Instructions:

1. Begin your culinary journey by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it warms up, grease a baking dish to ensure your pasta masterpiece slides out effortlessly later.
2. Grab a pot of water and cook the mostaccioli pasta according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
3. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, seasoning it with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brown the beef until it’s no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the meat is cooked, stir in the marinara sauce, letting it heat through and combine for a few minutes. This is where the magic begins!
5. Now it’s time to mix! In a large bowl, combine the cooked mostaccioli with the delicious meat sauce. Give it a good stir to coat every noodle.
6. Transfer the pasta mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
7. Top it off with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top. The more cheese, the better!
8. Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and let it bake for 25-30 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the cheese is melted and bubbly, creating a golden crust.
9. Once baked, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious baked mostaccioli with family and friends!
