Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
4 large flour tortillas
Dill pickle slices, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Olive oil or cooking spray, for grilling

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion, breaking the meat into crumbles until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Prepare the wraps:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
Spread the sauce mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Divide the cooked beef mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Top each with shredded cheese and chopped pickles (if using).
Roll the wraps:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the filling as you go to form a tight wrap.
Grill the wraps:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Lightly brush each wrap with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Place the wraps seam side down on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Cut the Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch, extra ketchup, or burger sauce.
