Cheesy Ground Beef Delight Wraps
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large flour tortilla
Instructions:
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Sauté the Onion and Garlic: Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Make the Sauce: Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato soup, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas. Spread a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve: Serve the wraps immediately, drizzled with the creamy sauce.
Tips:
You can use any type of ground meat you like for this recipe.
For a spicier filling, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Serve the wraps with your favorite sides, such as Mexican rice or refried beans.
