Butterfinger Caramel Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
For the Topping:
4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into a greased 8×8-inch pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Assemble the Bars: Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger bars on top and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
