1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1 lb pasta (penne or rigatoni)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

3. Make the Sauce:

Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
4. Add Cheese and Seasoning:

Add shredded provolone cheese, stirring until melted and well incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Combine Pasta and Sauce:

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
6. Serve:

Serve Philly Cheesesteak Pasta immediately and enjoy its creamy, cheesy goodness!
