Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Onion Rings
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing, for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form small patties and stuff them into the center of the onion rings.
In a shallow dish, coat each stuffed onion ring with flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Carefully fry the onion rings until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Once all the onion rings are fried, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve immediately with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
These onion rings are a burger lover’s dream—crispy, cheesy, and bacon-packed!
