Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– ½ cup halal-certified mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (halal-certified)
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon paprika
– ½ cup halal-certified Parmesan cheese, grated
– ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

– Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
– Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
