Ingredients:

– 1 lb (450 g) penne pasta
– 6 strips of bacon, chopped
– 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
– 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
– 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
