Ingredients

For the Burrito Filling:

Ground beef: 500 g (about 1 lb)
Bacon: 6 slices, cooked and chopped
Onion: 1 small, diced
Garlic cloves: 2, minced
Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
American cheese: 1 cup, shredded (or cubed)
Pickles: ½ cup, chopped
Ketchup: ¼ cup
Mustard: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper: To taste
Large flour tortillas: 4 (10-12 inches)
For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:

Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp
Milk: 1 cup
Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
Cream cheese: ½ cup
Garlic powder: ½ tsp
Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions

Prepare the Burrito Filling:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced onion until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, American cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. Remove from heat.
Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
