Grilled Chicken Tower Wrap with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
For the Wrap:
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grilled pineapple chunks
Fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare and Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes and coat evenly with the marinade.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken cubes for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 3: Assemble the Wrap
Lay the flour tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Add the grilled chicken cubes, grilled pineapple chunks, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce.
Roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder.
Step 4: Grill the Wrap
Place the wrap on a hot grill pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese has melted.
Step 5: Stack and Garnish
Stand the wrap vertically to create the tower shape.
Drizzle more creamy sauce on top and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
