4 boneless pork chops
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika

2 large eggs, beaten

4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Prepare the Pork Chops:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat them thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
