Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Coating:
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
Coat the Chicken:
Take each chicken tender and coat it evenly with the mayo mixture. Then, dredge it in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing lightly to ensure the crumbs stick well.
Arrange and Bake:
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy as is or with your favorite dipping sauce!
