Crispy Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Tenders:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
For the Honey Mustard Dip:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Chicken Tenders:
In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken tenders in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make the Honey Mustard Dip:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
