Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

12 ounces lasagna noodles
3 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 packet ranch seasoning
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Optional Toppings:
Ranch dressing
Green onions, chopped
Blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

Cook the Lasagna Noodles
Prepare the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cheese Mixture
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture at the bottom.
Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the cheese mixture.
Spread another layer of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of shredded chicken.
Repeat the layers, ending with a generous layer of the cheese mixture on top.
Bake the Lasagna
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly browned.
Rest and Serve
Let the lasagna rest for 8–10 minutes before slicing. Top with optional ranch dressing, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles if desired.
